Exploring the significance behind the history of food. Students choose a particular dish to research and create themselves for sharing. An examination of how geography and culture influence ingredients and identity. Made for a CTF course but can be edited for a Social Studies cultural exploration as well. Template and explanation of the project is included.

Adjustable Phys Ed or Other Subject Daily or Weekly Assessment
This resource is primed for marking participation and attitude in Phys. Ed, but you can change the tabs to custom mark it for your class. VERY BASIC EXCEL SHEET TEMPLATE Instructions: Customize the dates where it says "Week of" Where it says "Game or Skill or Activity," input the activity or assessment of the day. Simply add your total to your liking- maybe you mark for attitude out of 10 per day, or participation out of 5, or both. The final two columns are already formulated to add up your total for the week for simplification. I am no expert at Excel so if you know some tricks to improve it, let me know!
