Students can make their very own pizza with shapes for toppings! Great for Kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 2. Also includes shape templates for students to cut out their own toppings! (Trust me, you want them to cut them out because it takes wayyy too long to cut them all out yourself!)\n\nI gave each student a yellow circle (same size or bigger than the shapes info circle). The students then can color in their sauce and cut out their shapes. Students glue shapes to their pizza while keeping track of how many of each shape they've used. They record the number of shapes they've used on their shape info piece and glue it on the back of their pizza!\n\nI print each shape/'topping' on different colored pieces of paper. I usually photocopy the rectangles on light yellow to resemble shredded cheese.
