This activity is designed for Grade 1 students to demonstrate their phonetic awareness and for Grade 6 students to participate in a guided leadership activity. Teachers using this activity must ensure that the Grade 6 students running each letter station are clear about their role in helping all of the Grade 1 students achieve success. They are NOT grading students. They are checking the student Letter Sound Sheet for completion.
