What it is: -Who stole the cookie math activity -Subtraction How it works: -After reading book use the template on projector if possible of draw a cookie jar on the board -Model putting the cookies in the jar, and taking out (stealing) -Practice filing in the equation with the students have students come up and steal cookies and fill in the equation boxes. -Print paper and have students draw in their own cookies Curriculum: -G1. Number sense 9, 10
