Animal Puzzles: Blackfoot Language
Learning new Languages is so important! Especially languages we are at risk of losing. I am blessed to teach with some fantastic Cree Elders and incorporate the Cree Language into my teaching daily. I have created this resource so you can incorporate Indigenous Languages into your teaching too!
This resource includes 10 pages (4 Puzzles/Page) of animal name puzzles in the Blackfoot Language. It includes a version with pictures of the animals, and a version with clipart drawings. Each puzzle has a different design to make self-checking easy for your students. These puzzles make a great way to incorporate Indigenous languages into your classroom. They make a great resource for centers, Fun Fridays, early finishers, Social Studies, and many other uses.

The spellings in this resource may not reflect the spellings you are familiar with, or that are used in your location.
